Low Impact Pruning
We take pride in being a green, environmentally considerate, Dublin-based tree service provider. Where practical, tree pruning is carried out with unpowered cutting equipment such as fruit pruning saws, secateurs and telescopic loppers. These gentle pruning methods minimise noise and reduce the environmental impact of fuel emissions. Manual or unpowered pruning is ideal for small and medium sized trees, fruit tree pruning and similar detailed pruning work.

Wood Chips
FREE WOOD CHIPS & MULCH DELIVERED TO YOUR FRONT DOOR**.
Suitable for weed control in certain circumstances, spreading on banks, paths and flowerbeds. Wood chips come from shredded branches and are fresh when delivered.
Leave chippings to compost before applying to flower beds or young trees and shrubs. Certain toxic substances are present in fresh wood chips. They should not be applied to herbaceous plants until fully composted.
Freshly generated wood chiphas many uses but may not suitable for immediate use. It should not be used in children’s play areas, animal bedding or areas used by poultry, horses or other livestock without checking the tree species and suitability of the material. Some tree species may be unsuitable or toxic for fowl, equine or other animal applications.
Fresh wood chip is an active organic material and will begin to heat and break down after chipping. During this process it may release mould spores, fungal material and other bio-aerosols, especially when disturbed or moved. Recipients should do their own research on suitable PPE and safe handling. As a general precaution, fresh chip is best left undisturbed until the active breakdown stage has settled.
Wood chip usually consists of mixed trimmings. Winter prunings tend to be more woody while summer prunings are usually greener. We deliver in full or half truck sized loads – as they are available*. Loads tip directly onto a level driveway.
