We needed to cut down a tree in a tricky location in our garden, and Sam absolutely delivered. We also learned a lot about our other plants, and how to best care for them. The tree was cut down quickly and with minimal disturbance. For such an undertaking as cutting down a well sized tree (and it was quite a lot of material) it’s amazing how easy and smooth Sam made it look.

One of the tiles on our roof was chipped well before Sam arrived. After doing the work, Sam assumed that he broke the tile. He was ready to make it right, and already lined up a roofer to help us. Absolutely sound display of honesty and readiness to take responsibility.

The position of the tree required a careful approach to protect the surrounding structure and plants and to keep disturbance to a minimum. Access was restricted, so branches and timber had to be reduced to a suitable size before being carried through the house without damaging walls, doorways or other surfaces.

Branches then processed through the wood chipper. Logs and wood chips were removed from site.
